Nah Uxibal was created with the idea of providing a peaceful, private environment where guests can truly relax and rejuvenate. We are located on a quiet, residential bay. All accommodations are comfortable, clean and tastefully decorated.

On the upper story of the Main House is the Master Suite UXIBAL. This is a very special two bedroom home with additional futons for children on the third floor. The open, spacious floor plan, the large ocean terrace, all under a grand palaypa roof will take your breath away. UXIBAL is a simply gorgeous home filled with many special touches and is great for families or groups of up to six people.

The lower floor of the Main House consists of two downstairs studio units separated by a large open sitting area. Designed to catch the sea breeze with comfortable couches, this central area is perfect for reading or socializing. The Studios KIN and AKNA on either side are one room units ideal for singles or couples. You"ll find all you need to be comfortable in these high quality yet reasonably priced units.

Casita IK and Casita HA sit at the front of the property, closest to the water and on either side of the Main Villa. These romantic units with elevated bedrooms and futons are perfect for honeymooners, anniversaries, or couples with or without a child looking for a special getaway. These beach front getaways are our most popular.
Nah Uxibal is a great place for large groups as well. With the two casitas, the two studios, and the upstairs suite there is a total of six bedrooms and the loft. Up to 14 people (16 with kids) can be accommodated while still having their own "private" places”. Great for family reunions or small retreats.
